Young America Realty will work hard to market your open units and partner with
local commercial brokers to obtain qualified commercial tenants.
Young America Realty would be responsible for the other property management services, such as rent collection, running the day-to-day operations of the commercial property, responding to tenant needs/issues and providing excellent customer service to retain current tenants, facilitating commercial property maintenance, negotiating/renewing leases for existing tenants, accounting/paying bills/tracking finances, and obtaining/managing qualified vendors (e.g., lawn mowing services, snow plowing services, etc.).


Our 24/7 maintenance team serves commercial tenants whenever the need arises and most requests are resolved within 24 hours. Our maintenance technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, and we also have on-call experts for specialty support, which is how our maintenance team fulfills 17,000 requests annually.

To keep revenue as high as possible for our property owners, we make it easy for tenants to submit payments for rent and fees in-person, by mail, or electronically via our tenant portal. About 85% of payments by our tenants are made online. Each month, we notify tenants about account discrepancies with detailed steps toward resolution. When necessary, we also manage the collections process for
delinquent accounts.


We provide property owners with detailed reporting and 24/7, real-time data on our owner’s portal.  We develop reports for your account to show profit and loss statements, rent-roll/occupancy rates, delinquency statistics, check registers, and more to ensure you maintain control over the financial performance of your investment property.

Early Move In Key Pickup

Early Move In key pickup begins today at the Bone Student Center!

Keys will be available to pick up from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM!


For Current YA Residents, keys can be picked up starting at 8:30 AM. For NEW YA Residents, keys can be picked up starting at 10:30 AM.

June Move-In will occur on Tuesday, June 4th at our student office located at 311 S. Main Street, Normal, IL.
