To keep revenue as high as possible for our property owners, we make it easy for residents to submit payments for rent and fees in-person, by mail, or electronically via our tenant portal.  About 65% of payments by our residents are made online.  Each month, we notify residents about account discrepancies with detailed steps toward resolution.  When necessary, we also manage the collections process for delinquent accounts.
