Parking Lot Sales
Parking spot sales for the 2024-25 school year will go live starting on Friday, April 12th at 8:30 AM. At 8:30, our office will open for IN-PERSON SALES ONLY. We will not be taking parking spot purchases over the phone until 10:45 AM. We ask for your patience if purchasing over the phone, as we anticipate some wait times.
All parking spots must be paid in full at time of purchase. All sales final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

- Credit/Debit Card - 3% Fee (applies to each transaction)

- Vehicle Make/Model/Year
- Vehicle License Plate
- Full Payment via Credit/Debit Card
- Your Address/Unit for Next Year
Unless your lease states otherwise, move out is May 13th, 2023!
All keys must be returned to our office no later than 12:00 PM.

Our Student and Residential offices will be closed Thursday, November 23rd through Saturday, November 25th for the holiday. We will re-open on Monday, November 29th at 8:30am!
