Other Details

The Willow Trails apartment community is a new "Class A" luxury project for Fall 2009. The community is located on the east side of Constitution Trail, between Willow Street and Locust Street. Of the 33 new units 8 are a spacious 1,300 sqft, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.  21 units are a generous 1,800 sqft, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.  The remaining 4 units are bi-level, with a full size finished basement with a theater room complete with a 60" LCD TV, surround sound, and leather theater seating.

The apartments will truly embrace luxury, and will represent a variety of floorplans and color schemes.  Each unit has granite counters in both the kitchens and the bathrooms.  Cabinets are Rouge or Espresso in a shaker style.  Appliances are full size, stainless steel with a glass top range. Washers and dryers are provided in each unit. Kitchens have islands or breakfast bars with bar stools for a modern kitchen feel.
